My Body Freedom – Beginners Yoga Course
Build the foundations of your yoga practice using ancient knowledge supported by strong scientific findings.
This program is for you if you’re completely new to yoga. This is perfect to help you develop a strong and safe foundations of yoga. Over the course of 5 weeks, you’ll gain confidence in your yoga. During the course you will learn correct alignment, asanas, breathing techniques and gain better connection between mind, body and spirit.
If you’ve always wanted to learn yoga or already practice but want to take your knowledge and application to a new level – this is the program for you.
The Course starts on Tuesday 2025 and runs over five consecutive weeks.

Yoga Classes
At our welcoming, community-focused studio, we offer two unique yoga classes designed to support your body and mind. Whether you’re looking for an energising movement practice or deep relaxation, we’ve got you covered.
Feel Good Yoga (Monday 7 PM) – A dynamic and uplifting class that blends flow, strength, and breathwork to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga (Tuesday 5:45 PM) – A slow, meditative practice with deep stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, and encourage complete relaxation. Perfect for unwinding.
We offer free spaces in every class, because yoga should be for everyone. You can also get a class pass – 5 sessions for £40.
